Westwind II is an aircraft designed in America (Aero Commander). He made a test flight in 1963. It entered commercial production in 1965. Then the company Aero Commander was taken over by the aircraft manufacturer North American Rockwell, which ceased to produce a business and airliner. In 1968, the Israeli company IAI bought the rights to its production. The aircraft can carry up to 12 passengers, including two pilots. However, the layout is subject to change. The Westwind II is low cost.
